The opportunity As a Business Development Executive, you’ll drive sales and go-to-market strategy for EY Law Practice services in Ukraine. You’ll be expected to lead the new client acquisition process, develop the existing clients through understanding of their challenges and offering them relevant EY legal services, drive new business opportunities to grow sales. If you have the confidence to build and manage relationships and sales pursuits while working effectively with several partners, this role is for you. Responsibilities: Presenting, promoting and selling EY Law services to the existing and prospective clients in international markets Improving and maintaining process of standard legal services sales Leading the new client acquisition process, including through reaching out to the clients from EY internal databases Coordinating ideas and searching for opportunities for sales with team members for ultimate success of EY Law team Liaising with EY’s brand and marketing team to develop and run sales and marketing campaigns Developing potential clients and markets Attending events and network to build a pipeline of sales pursuits Developing and delivering sales proposals and marketing presentations Conducting meetings with clients. Requirements: 2+ years of sales experience (preferable in legal services, but not limited) Experience in launching new products to market and improving sales process At least upper-intermediate level of English Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Ability to work in a team, flexibility High level of self-motivation, proactive thinking and commitment to results High level of responsibility, attentiveness, client-oriented approach.
