We are inviting an experienced Data Researcher to be a part of the Outbound Sales Process with clear (and exciting ) Buyer Personas. Unlike other similar roles out there - you will be working in Sales & Marketing of the leading Marketing company with such clients as Vodafone, Decathlone, LC Waikiki, Monobank, Avon, and others around the world.Our vision of Outbound Sales process is : understanding who our Ideal Customer Profile is, how exactly we can help and what would be the most organic way to connect. Then staying in touch, providing value until there is an opportunity to help. All of it using as much automation and creativity as possible and as much humour and fun as appropriate :) As a Data Researcher, you will be our investigative power, finding and contacting people, that meet the required Criterias in Linkedin and via emails (using automation tools), while being detail oriented and not scared or depressed by the repetitive reseach tasks.You need to have/be: Curious Written english Upper-intermediate and higher Experience of working with data Structured and detail oriented Experienced with Excel and it’s formulas will be a plus Ability to quickly learn how some new cool tool works :) Previous experience of working in Sales or with CRM, ideally – as a Lead Gen/Data Research specialist What you will do (you don’t need to have previous experience in all of it, we will teach you): Research and collect contacts databases, based on the precise Buyer persons Set up and manage all the tools, required for database collection, optimization of the database, automatic email validation Set up all the tools required for outreach process automatization for each channel (Email and Linkedin) Set up “lead warm-up” process before the launch of Outreach campaigns Recieve the answers from leads, qualify them by agreed criterias and move along the pipeline Manage collected Databases of Leads in CRM, according to the process Collect all the analytics and metrics of the outbound campaigns into a dashboard We are ready to offer: Official employment in the state, vacation 24 calendar days, sick leave compensation Training opportunities at Promodo Academy, participation in events held in our Promodo HUB and external conferences Opportunities for exchange of experience with strong professionals of the department and company Sports compensation (soccer for guys and yoga for everyone) The most fun and creative teambuilding Participation in social projects supported and implemented by the company Career Growth Opportunities (both - “vertically” - into Sales Development Representative and “horisontally” - into Data Research Team Lead)
