Since 2006, our product has earned the trust of customers from around 185 countries. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager, due to the team expansion.
Experience required:

- 2+ years of client acquisition digital marketing experience;

- Experience in a fast-paced digital agency / online business (such as e-commerce, online finance, or other online B2C company);

- Understanding of paid advertising, paid search, mobile media, affiliate marketing, display media, and sponsored content campaigns; — Experience in working with budgets from 20k USD.

- Experience in user acquisition in Asia, LATAM, South Africa, Europe;

- Good understanding of conversion funnel performance and its analysis;

- Skilled in building the most effective bundles of creatives/pre-landing & landing pages;

- Proven analytical and quantitative skills including a strong understanding of online marketing metrics.

- Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools;

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (and proficiency in SQL highly desired);

- Advanced negotiation skills, the use of various 'negotiating levers'. Skills in bargaining in the direction of decreasing rates without losing the quality of traffic;

- Advanced English level both verbal and written.

Will be a plus:

- Experience with RTB / DSP;

- Experience in working with different tracking systems (Voluum, AppsFlyer, etc.)

- Experience of working with FinTech sphere;

- Experience in cooperation with remote/foreign employees.


- Develop the strategy of online acquisition across all digital channels, including social media;

- Continuously analyze and plan result outcome relevant campaigns to meet all preset KPIs;

- Plan annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and manage forecasts;

- Provide dashboards and analytics for each online channel;

- Identify and deliver new opportunities and innovative campaigns/approaches;

- Lead the negotiations with a digital agency and continuously monitor their performance;

- Continuously monitor the quality of traffic;

- Coordinate with the affiliate management team
