Currently we are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our company in Odesa, with possibility to work remotely from time to time (hybrid type)
You are a great fit for our vacancy if you have:

- 3 years of experience as a financial analyst / economist / accountant

- University degree in accounting, auditing, finance, economics or other relevant qualification

- You have a high level of MS Office Excel use

- Experience using «cloud storage» for work (ideally — OneDrive)

- Written and spoken English (not lower than Intermediate level)

- Experience working with accounting in cooperation with foreign clients will be a significant advantage

We expect a person with a high professional attitude to his/her responsibilities, good self-organization and distribution of working time and tasks in a self-driven manner
Tasks:

- Manage all daily, monthly, and annual accounting operations with the requirements set out by the Ukrainian Legislation;

- Perform regular or ad hoc financial reports and analysis (Tax declaration, VAT declaration, Income taxes, annual financial statements, etc.) in a timely manner;

- Correspondence with the tax and other government authorities;

- Monitoring outstanding payments, preparing invoices for Customers in UA and DK companies, reconciliation with Clients

- Coordinate all activities associated with bank transactions and treasury operations;

- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes both in Ukraine and Denmark;

- Monthly and yearly closing of accounts and reporting to the DK group;

- Maintain employee files — newcomers, contract amendments, leavers administration etc.;

- Processing of staff monthly salaries.
