ROLE: To gather insights from an in-depth understanding of customer needs and the wider health care marketplace and provide appropriate support to multiple brand teams to ensure broder access for Pfizer medicines. DESCRIPTION: Establishes relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers to understand payers’ unmet needs​ and coordinate commercial & access long-term business objectives to maximize access Create a customized value proposition, based on a deeper understanding of payer needs to secure access for new product launches​, formulary inclusions, value added program​, and/or commercial agreements Ensure dossier preparation for inclusion of Pfizer products into National/Regional Formularies, interacting with all key stakeholders to create awareness about Pfizer products and communicate value propositions arguments Maintain cross functional team work to ensure getting all inputs needed from other departments when answer to HTA requests Keeping informed all the relevant parties in the company about the reimbursement status of the products and making analyses of changes in reimbursement policies Integrating access considerations into other functional domains (e.g., commercial, medical, regulatory, clinical) Implement market access strategies to guarantee Pfizer products reimbursement (Preparation the documents required) Provide single point of contact for all regional MA aspects between the BUs Ensure timely collection of information, data, insight, and intelligence on specific Global and country MA requirements Support the development and implementation of access and value preposition plans Market access stakeholder mapping and management/ Manage relations with the key professionals and PAGs. Support disease advocacy activities with KOLs, patient organizations and health authorities in cross departmental cooperation Prepare documentation for setting up, approval and monitoring of partnership projects REQUIREMENTS: At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare / pharmaceutical industry (with experience in stakeholder/customer management) Advanced academic degree in related area Excellent communication skills, both oral and written including excellent presentation skills, and fluent verbal and written English/Ukrainian Track record of setting ambitious goals and taking the initiative Good planning and monitoring skills COMPETENCY REQUIRED: Innovative Teamwork / Networking & interpersonal skills Drive for results Initiative Adaptability Ability thing “out -of-box” Ability deal with complexity
