We are searching for an experienced Paid Search Specialist (SEM & PLA) to support the continued growth of the company. Reporting to the VP of Digital Marketing, the Paid Search Specialist (SEM & PLA) will be in charge of the paid search campaigns on Google and Bing focused on lead generation for the home improvement and life insurance industries. We are a fast-growing online advertising company that offers a unique combination of technology and human capital, with highly professional creative design and media buying teams working together to deliver exceptional advertising results for our clients. The role offers home working flexibility. Responsibilities:
This is a senior role, so you'll need to perform with minimal supervision; Management of the Google and Bing Paid Search campaigns by yourself; Utilize a Test-and-Learn approach to daily management, including development of new tests based on performance, measurement, and development of next steps; Manage relationship with Google and Bing reps; Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to generate positive business outcomes; Continually optimize and expand reporting capabilities to ensure all teams have visibility into search performance and insights; Optimize Google shopping (PLA) programs through strategic audience, product, and bid strategies to scale demand and profitability; Stay up to date on industry trends and digital offerings to advise on innovative and first to market opportunities; Create automated alerts, scripts, and processes to enable intraday optimizations, assessing ROI opportunities; Synthesize and share campaign results and best practices within Siren Group and ensure relevant information is communicated to internal stakeholders to help shape and inform ad copy, keywords, and landing pages.
Requirements:
Good paid search ad copywriting skills; Minimum 5 years of experience directly managing direct response Search Engine Marketing programs with strict ROI goals. Advanced knowledge of standard industry analytics tools (Google Adwords, Adwords Editor, Google Analytics, Excel, Search Console, SA360, etc.) and various competitive spy tools; English fluency required; Internet/Technology savvy; A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics;
