Role description: Contribute to company culture by being in tune with all team and their office needs; come up with creative and efficient solutions to keep things running smoothly Coordinate travel arrangements (transport/taxi/hotels, etc.) for DeckRobot team Provide administrative support as needed Work with our COO and CODevO to plan and coordinate activities and events (e.g., team outings, company parties, in-office events, etc.) Ensure employee happiness with their work environment, especially for meals catering and office maintenance globally (daily catering, late hours dinners/taxi, office supplies, and misc) Assist in a variety of HR needs, including benefits administration, immigration, and compliance Maintain and execute team expense reports Directly support top management specific requests and needs Requirements: Capacity to undertake a variety of responsibilities, work independently, and meet deadlines Willingness to take initiative to problem solve (analysing relevant info and providing options) Positive approach to work, global mindset and desire to work in a fast-paced global environment Excellent Russian speaking and writing skills English Upper Intermediate + Benefits we offer: Hybrid working schedule: 3 days a week in the office, 2 days remote work.
