In this role you will be part of RBI´s software engineers team which covers the whole product lifecycle of strategy, discovery and delivery group products.The role has all the advantages of working in a product team — versatile projects, plenty of independence, chance to influence the direction of the development and opportunity to grow with the role.
Your tasks
- Creating test strategies and test cases
- Improving test automation framework
- Maintaining existing tests
- Contributes to the design of the product
- Setup test automation project in CI/CD pipeline
- Work closely together with other software professionals and developers
We expect
- Technical education (Technical school or suitable University degree)
- Working experience in test automation, at least 2 years
- Good knowledge of commonly used testing tools — Postman (as alternative SOAPUI), JMeter, Selenium, JIRA
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of REST APIs/ RESTful web services
- Understanding the model «Publish — subscriber»
- Good Java knowledge is expected (1.8 and up)
- Good to know (VCS (SVN, Git), CI/CD)
- Open and team-minded personality and communication skills
- Good command of English (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel (Austria/Vienna)
As a plus
- ISTQB certification is an asset
- Experience in Scrum projects is an advantage
- knowledge about IBM MQ is a plus
- JavaScript is a plus
