Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening the vacancy of UX/CONTENT ONLINE MARKETING SPECIALIST (e-Store) in Kyiv. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for cross-category online shopping experience at E-commerce; Responsible for E-commerce contents & UX; Improvement of overall shopping experience on e-Commerce and shop-in-shops on marketplaces. Driving new on-site e-Commerce features through A/B tests and UX/UI experiments; Marketing support of seasonal cross-category promotions (Black Friday, Cyber-Monday, Ecosystem promotions, etc) and long-term programs (Credit, Trade-in programs, e t.c.) Consolidation & coordination of promo calendar across product categories. Close work with colleagues of sales part and online marketing part; Coordination of visibility of ongoing E-commerce promotions in owned channels (on-site content, e-mailing); Digital media planning within paid traffic channels (Paid search, Y.Market, Google shopping, Dynamic remarketing, Affiliate); Coordination of creative agency. Landing pages, creative assets development coordination & optimization; Driving key E-commerce KPIs through cross-product synergy; Budget planning; Best practice exchange with global colleagues; Best practice exchange with global colleagues; Regular reporting to HoD, Management and Biz. divisions, etc. REQUIREMENTS: Experience 3+ years in e-commerce marketing / online trade marketing / digital marketing areas; Expert in general marketing and digital instruments in E-commerce (Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, CPA, CRM marketing); Exсellent knowledge of interconnection of performance KPIs, such as CTR, CR, ROAS, ROI, CPA, etc.; Familiar with setup of main ad accounts (Yandex.Direct, Google ads, Facebook/Instagram, VK, myTarget); Experienced with UX improvement & A/B testing methodogy; High communication and presentation skills.
